All equipment is under warranty. RPG service specialists travel to the place of operation, deliver the necessary spare parts and consumables.
We develop technical documentation ourselves or take part in the development with a designated technical designer and arrange duly collaboration with necessary authorities / classification societies.
We manufacture units, systems and other equipment, as well as select and deliver equipment of our partners.
We carry out professional installation and commissioning of land-based and shipboard equipment of mastered nomenclature.
We carry out service maintenance and repair of units and systems, as regular maintenance extends their operation period and reduces the likelihood of failures. We carry out repairs of various volumes and complexity.
We carry out modernization of equipment in operation. That allows us to add new options, improve design options or completely replace sets or units. Modernization may also relate to the degree of automation with its transfer to a higher level.
The companies of our group conduct their activity in Russia and abroad, thereof it is possible to pay both in Russian rubles and in foreign currency.
Delivery is carried out to the place of operation. Organization of delivery can be provided to the buyer or we can take it entirely upon ourselves. The equipment is delivered by various means of transport.
